Bailey House Ltd is the vehicle that landscape architect Will Bailey and his talented design team manifested to imagine and develop beautiful estates throughout California.

Growing up as an oil painter and fly-dresser in a large Texas family of doctors and ranchers with an addiction for travel, Will was immersed in nature, art, science and was taught to appreciate historic architecture and cultural expression. This path led to a landscape architecture degree from Kansas State and Italart, Santa Chiara in Italy. In 2000, Will relocated to Los Angeles, California where he has designed some of the most well known luxury hotels, resorts, and private estates.

Will starts with careful attention to the interior and the client's needs to draw a harmonious connection between the exterior living spaces and the home. Known for blurring the lines between architecture and landscape design, Will envisions not just the exterior, but also influences the structural surroundings of his projects. The discipline to keep materials and palettes refined helps create a unique balance and visual serenity. All aspects of the grounds are carefully crafted to be just as magical to dwell in as to view from inside the home.
